Quite simply, I did not post the blogs for which I was sued. I denied wrongdoing, including anything to do with the blogs, there was no evidence against me, the judge threw out most of the case, and plaintiff withdrew the suit. FYI I am not the anonymous plaintiff (mentioned at the end of the article) in the rape, assault, and battery civil lawsuit that was filed in Manhattan Supreme Court against Wender about 6 months after he sued me. That plaintiff was later publicly revealed to be Sara Louise Petty, a woman he dated in 2012 and 2013 and who had his baby; their suit reached settlement in 2015.  I am posting a JPG image and PDF of the Cornell Daily Sun article about my suit because the original Cornell Daily Sun sitelink has been down for months.
